Chelsea makes final decision on Broja transfer as end of January transfer window looms

Chelsea have decided to keep an open mind regarding the future of Armando Broja at the club.

The Blues were reportedly initially looking to sell the striker for about £35m, or send him on loan to one of his suitors with an obligation to buy at the end of the season.

However, according to the Evening Standard, Chelsea will now consider loaning the Albanian out without a mandatory purchase clause, as they’re desperate to offload him.

It is also claimed by journalist, Matt Law that Chelsea are demanding a £5m loan fee as part of the terms for letting Broja leave Stamford Bridge temporarily, although Fulham and Wolves, who appear to be the most keen on signing the player are reluctant to pay the sum.

Broja has struggled for games at Stamford Bridge this season, scoring just twice since he returned from an ACL injury.
