After an impressive December performance Chelsea star bags two Premier League awards nominations
Cole Palmer has been rewarded with two Premier League nominations for his performances for Chelsea back in December.
The 21-year-old scored four goals for the Blues last month, including two against Luton Town, which helped Chelsea to a 3-2 win over the Hatters.
Palmer also picked up two assists in the month under review, as Chelsea finished 2023 in 10th place.
The attacker has now been nominated for the ‘Player of the Month’ and ‘Goal of the Month’ awards for December. He will however, have to beat off competition from Trent Alexander-Arnold, Matheus Cunha, Mohammed Kudos, Michael Olise, Marcos Senesi, Dominic Solanke and Son Heung-min to win the ‘Player of the Month’ award.
In the goal category, Palmer’s second strike against Luton is nominated alongside efforts from the likes of Martin Odegaard, Alexis Mac Allister, Wataru Endo, James McAtee, Harry Wilson, Danny Welbeck and Pervis Estupinan.
