Good News as Conor Gallagher is confirmed to remain at Chelsea this month, according to a journalist
One journalist has made a pretty big call as we go into the January transfer market this month.
There’s been a lot of talk about Conor Gallagher potentially being sold by Chelsea, with his contract running out in the summer of 2025.
But Gallagher has been an indispensable member of Mauricio Pochettino’s Chelsea side this season, and Pochettino has become heavily reliant on the England international, who wears the captains armband in the absence of Reece James and Ben Chilwell.
But because he has a low contract and represents a pure profit sale, if sold, there’s been a lot of reports suggesting he will be sold.
However, it looks like Pochettino might have won this one, at least for now, and according to one journalist.
London World’s Rahman Osman has replied to a comment on X today asking about Gallagher, and he simply says that Gallagher is staying put this month.
