Football fans around the globe will just be recovering from one of the most incredible games of football in English football’s history yesterday and once again, it was Chelsea who were involved.
Mauricio Pochettino’s side welcomed Champions Manchester City to Stamford Bridge on Sunday afternoon and I don’t think anyone would have predicted just how it all unfolded and ended up come the full time whistle.
Chelsea and City went toe-to-toe and ended up sharing the spoils in a high-scoring high-energy 4-4 draw. It will go down as one of the classics.
Pochettino and Chelsea were involved in another crazy game against Tottenham earlier in the week as well, and the former PSG boss is looking like he has Chelsea back on track again now.
Pundit Jamie Carragher believes Pochettino is the reason for Chelsea heading back towards challenging for trophies again.
