Cucurella mocks Tottenham fans after Chelsea’s win on Monday

Marc Cucurella has made fun of Tottenham Hotspur, following Chelsea’s 4-1 win against them earlier in the week.

The Blues snatched an important win against Spurs in their own stadium on Monday night, thanks to a Cole Palmer penalty, and a hat-trick from Nicolas Jackson.

Spurs were down to nine men after red cards to Cristian Romero and Destiny Udogie, and were punished for persisting with a high defensive line despite their disadvantage.

Cucurella was a second-half substitute in the game after Levi Colwill was subbed off for precautionary reasons, and the Spaniard, who clearly enjoyed himself, couldn’t help taking a swipe at Ange Potescoglu’s men after the game.

Taking to his Instagram account post-match, the left-back wrote, alongside a smile emoji and a blue heart emoji: “London is blue, but you already knew”.

Cucurella will now be looking forward to Chelsea’s next game, which definitely will not be an easy one against Manchester City this Sunday.
