According to available information, Chelsea will consider two outgoing summer transfer deals as a “success.”
journalist believes that Chelsea will view two summer transfer deals as “a triumph.”
Chelsea had one of the busiest summer transfer windows of any club ever in 2023.
The Blues owners meant business and they had a lot of big tasks to complete.
The biggest one was the clear out the squad of any players who wanted to leave or they wanted to sell, as soon as possible. It was important to their plans for the rest of the window to sign players of their own, to get some good money for many of their departing players and get those deals done quick.
And that is exactly what they did with the likes of Kai Havertz to Arsenal, and Mason Mount to Manchester United.
Neither player has made an impact at all at their new club right now, and journalist Paul Brown believes that Chelsea will be looking at both of these outgoing deals as a success.
Given the circumstances right now, I am sure they absolutely will be looking at it like that.
