Avoidable: Malo Gusto Breaks Silence on who to blame for Arsenal draw
Malo Gusto reveals who to blame for Arsenal draw
Malo Gusto has said that Chelsea must give their best this season to ensure they finish in a top-four place.
The French right-back made the call after Chelsea’s 2-2 draw against Arsenal at Stamford Bridge on Saturday.
Gusto was impressive for most of the game, as were most of his teammates, save for his poor positioning, which allowed Leandro Trossard to score the Gunners’ equaliser late in the game.
In a post-match chat with Telefoot, the youngster rued the error, and admitted he needed to improve for the future.
“The second goal [by Arsenal] leaves a bad taste in my mouth,” said Gusto. “I believe I should’ve done better. I’m disappointed, now I have to work to be better.
“We have to qualify for the Champions League, we have to do everything for it.”
