Raheem Sterling incredible performance gives Chelsea victory over Burnley
Raheem Sterling was the main man for Chelsea, as the Blues made it three wins on the bounce by beating Burnley 4-1 at the Turf Moor.
The forward’s deflected effort in the first half got Chelsea level on the scoresheet after the hosts went ahead through an Odobert goal.
Despite their heavy possession of the ball, Mauricio Pochettino’s men didn’t quite threaten Burnley in the first half, but whatever the Argentine said at the break surely worked wonders, as second half goals from Cole Palmer (50th minute), Sterling (65th minute), and substitute, Nicolas Jackson (74th minute) helped Chelsea to an emphatic win away from home.
Chelsea are now ninth on the league table, and look more confident going into the international break.
