Amid Retirement Rumours: Mauricio Pochettino Breaks Silence On Eden Hazard Possible Reunion with Chelsea
Eden Hazard who saw his Chelsea departure turn out very bad, have of late been rumored to a possible return to the West London club.
Blues fans believe the squad need the presence of the Belgian back in the squad despite seeing him struggle for years at Los Blancos.
Chelsea finished 10th last season and despite landing several talented youngsters, the side are looking likely to continue their struggles as these young lads may take time to acclimatize.
The Boss is well aware of what it may take and the ownership are supposedly keen on trusting the former PSG boss who have once proven himself while at Southampton and Tottenham Hotspur.
With the talks of a likely return of Chelsea Legend, Eden Hazard getting louder, Pochettino who was spotted in a restaurant in the late hours of Friday was asked by the fans if there are chances they could see Hazard back at Chelsea.
“Maybe yes maybe no, we don’t know what tomorrow may bring, but I will always do what’s best for the team,” Pochettino said as he immediately walked into his car and left the spot.
Recall that the former Chelsea man made a promise to the fans that he was going to return to the club during an interview when he was leaving but it’s now up to the Chelsea management and Board to decide.
Eden Hazard scored 110 goals in 350 games for Chelsea before leaving for Real Madrid in 2019 where he made only 76 appearances and scored 7 goals.
