Goalkeeper Vitezslav Jaros, who had expressed a desire to leave the Reds in the summer, is reportedly set to sign a new deal after making his Premier League debut this season. The 23-year-old Czech international came on as a substitute for the injured Caoimhin Kelleher during Liverpool’s clash at Selhurst Park in October, impressing fans and staff alike. He followed up with a starting role in the League Cup match against Brighton later that month.

Since joining Liverpool in 2017, Jaros has gained valuable experience through loan spells at St. Pat’s (Ireland), Notts County, Stockport, and Sturm Graz (Austria). Most recently, he was on the bench during Liverpool’s 2-1 victory over West Ham at Anfield.
