Premier League giants Liverpool, Manchester United, and Arsenal are among several clubs keeping a close eye on Eintracht Frankfurt’s in-form striker, Hugo Ekitike.

The 22-year-old French forward is in red-hot form this season, netting 21 goals and contributing a goal or assist every 103 minutes on average.

Ekitike’s standout performances have led Frankfurt to place a hefty price tag on him, with SPORT BILD reporting the Bundesliga side is demanding €100 million (£86.5m) for their star man.

Scouts from the interested Premier League clubs were in attendance during Frankfurt’s recent Europa League quarter-final clash against Tottenham Hotspur, where Ekitike found the net in a 1-1 draw.

Alongside Liverpool, United, and Arsenal, Newcastle United are also said to be pursuing the young forward, who is enjoying a career-best season.

Frankfurt are reportedly aiming to break their previous record sale—Randal Kolo Muani’s €95 million move to PSG in 2023—with Ekitike potentially setting a new benchmark.

With the summer transfer window fast approaching, Ekitike’s future will be under the spotlight as top English clubs look to reinforce their attacking ranks.

The Bundesliga side already offloaded Omar Marmoush to Manchester City in January and may now face losing another key attacker to the Premier League.

“Reds in Pole Position for Bundesliga Sensation Hugo Ekitike?”

Liverpool have emerged as the front-runners for the striker, especially as they look to find a replacement for Darwin Núñez in the upcoming summer window.

Clubs across Europe are well aware of the financial muscle Premier League sides possess, which has contributed to the hefty valuation placed on Ekitike.

With all the interested clubs eager to strengthen their attacking options, the battle for his signature remains wide open.

Arsenal, in particular, are well-positioned to challenge Liverpool, with the Gunners reportedly prepared to invest heavily in a top-tier forward this summer.
