Meltdown in North London: Spurs Fans Demand Postecoglou’s Head After Wolves Humiliation

Tottenham Fans Fume: “Postecoglou Must Go” After Humiliating Wolves Defeat

Tottenham fans are convinced that Ange Postecoglou’s time at the club is nearing its end after what they described as a humiliating defeat to Wolves in the Premier League.

Spurs suffered a 4-2 loss at Molineux, with Rayan Ait-Nouri’s opener and a Djed Spence own-goal putting the home side 2-0 ahead by halftime.

Mathys Tel offered Spurs a lifeline shortly before the hour mark, but Wolves quickly reasserted control through Jorgen Strand Larsen to restore their two-goal cushion.

Richarlison’s 85th-minute goal briefly sparked hopes of a comeback, only for Matheus Cunha to seal the result for Wolves just moments later.

The defeat means only two points now separate Postecoglou’s side from Vitor Pereira’s, despite Pereira’s team having spent much of the season fighting to avoid relegation.

Frustrated traveling supporters turned on the manager, and renewed calls for his sacking are growing louder once more.

Tottenham to Decide on Ange Postecoglou’s Future

Tottenham have won just two of their last eight matches across all competitions, and following Everton’s victory on April 12, they have slipped to 15th in the Premier League.

Ex-Spurs scout Mick Brown told Football Insider that Postecoglou could be sacked if he doesn’t secure the Europa League title by the end of the season.

While their poor Premier League form might be overlooked if he clinches a trophy, earning him a reprieve in North London, the pressure is mounting after another league defeat. His position has become increasingly fragile, with tensions rising between the manager, the club, and the fans.

Additionally, Brown reported that Bournemouth manager Andoni Iraola is Tottenham’s primary target to replace Postecoglou in the summer.

Fans Demand Postecoglou’s Sack Following ‘Embarrassment’

Tottenham supporters have once again called for Postecoglou’s dismissal as the pressure on his job continues to grow. It’s believed that if results don’t improve between now and the end of the season, the manager will be let go.

Following the crushing defeat to Wolves, furious Tottenham fans erupted on social media, tearing into Postecoglou with scathing remarks—branding him “the worst manager we’ve ever had” and slamming his reign as “an absolute embarrassment to the club.” The outrage was loud, relentless, and showed no signs of slowing down.
