“Heung-min Son Refused New Tottenham Contract – Fans Furious!”

“Heung-min Son Denied New Tottenham Contract – Fans Outraged!”

Tottenham fans are firmly convinced that Heung-min Son won’t sign a new contract before the season ends, with some even wishing the club doesn’t extend an offer. Since joining from Bayer Leverkusen in the summer of 2015, Son has been an integral part of Spurs, but his current contract is set to expire at the end of this season.

The versatile forward has netted 169 goals in 430 appearances for Tottenham, but his future remains uncertain. After a 2-2 draw with Wolves on Sunday (29 December), Ange Postecoglou’s side faced criticism, with fans particularly unimpressed by Son’s performance in the match.

The South Korea international was substituted after 64 minutes, following a performance where he missed a penalty and managed only 27 attacking touches. His crosses were all off target, frustrating fans and prompting doubts about his long-term commitment to the club.

Tottenham supporters believe Heung-min Son’s time at the club may be coming to an end. While fans acknowledged his remarkable contributions throughout his career, they’ve also been critical of his performances this season. The 32-year-old has featured in 22 matches across all competitions, scoring seven goals and registering six assists.

Fans labeled him the “worst player on the pitch” in the match against Wolves, leading many to believe it’s time for Tottenham to let his “contract run its course.”
