“Trent Alexander-Arnold spills the beans: Mo Salah has a secret video of him that’s ‘too risky’ to ever see the light of day.”
“Trent Alexander-Arnold reveals Mo Salah recorded a secret video of him that’s ‘too dangerous’ to ever be seen.”
He made it clear that the video must never be shown to the public.
Trent Alexander-Arnold has revealed that Liverpool teammate Mohamed Salah holds a video of him that he prays will never surface.
The pair have formed a close connection both on and off the pitch since Salah joined Liverpool from Roma in 2017.
Over the years, their partnership has helped the club achieve remarkable success, including winning the Premier League and Champions League, among other major honors.
The duo is on track to add even more silverware to their impressive trophy collections this season. Liverpool currently sits atop both the Premier League and Champions League tables, while remaining strong contenders in the FA Cup and Carabao Cup.
However, uncertainty clouds the future of both Alexander-Arnold and Salah, as their contracts with the club are set to expire at the end of the season.
Negotiations are ongoing for new contracts for both Alexander-Arnold and Salah, as well as Virgil van Dijk, who also faces the prospect of leaving on a free transfer this summer if an agreement isn’t reached.
Liverpool simply cannot afford to lose both Trent Alexander-Arnold and Mohamed Salah, whose world-class partnership down the right flank has been pivotal to Arne Slot’s team.
When asked to choose between his bond with Salah or Liverpool teammate Dominik Szoboszlai, Alexander-Arnold told Stadium Astro:
“I’d say Mo, if I’m honest. Definitely Mo.
“Just because of how long we’ve known each other and played together, the bond and connection we’ve built—especially on the pitch. We just understand each other’s style of play.
“Even though there are countless moments we could, we never moan at each other. We just click.”
The England international also shared that Salah often invites him over for tea, though he admits he never cooks during these visits. However, one particular trip left a lasting impression when Salah filmed an embarrassing clip of him.
“Last time I went, I was petrified because he’s got cats, and I don’t like cats,” Alexander-Arnold confessed. “He’s got a video which I’ve made it clear can never, ever come out. It just can’t happen.”
“But he’s basically got a video of me screaming because one of his cats jumps up near me!” Alexander-Arnold added. “I’m there screaming, ‘Mo, help, help!'”
While the clip remains under wraps, the futures of both Alexander-Arnold and Salah at Liverpool are also uncertain.
Alexander-Arnold has been heavily linked with a move to Real Madrid, while Salah could be headed to the Saudi Pro League or PSG if he doesn’t agree to a new deal. Virgil van Dijk’s contract situation adds another layer of uncertainty, leaving fans anxious about whether all three will still be at Anfield next season.
Despite the uncertainty surrounding contract negotiations, Liverpool remains unfazed, sitting four points clear of Chelsea at the top of the Premier League with a game in hand. The team’s focus and form suggest they’re fully committed to chasing more silverware this season.
Liverpool’s next challenge comes on Boxing Day as they host Leicester City at Anfield. Following that, they travel to face West Ham on Sunday, aiming to maintain their dominance at the top of the Premier League table.
